In the 1911 census, Thomas is enumerated as living by himself in Cookstown, Ontario.

Thomas died of pneumonia on May 12, 1919, in Cookstown, Ontario.

In 1853, Thomas Pullbrook sold property to his sister Mary Ann (Pullbrook) Looker.

Land Sale dated January 6, 1853, Registration # 11757, Lot 5, Con. 7, Innisfil.

A Memorial to be registered of an Indenture Tripartite made the sixth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and fifty three, in pursuance of the Act to facilitate the conveyance of real property between Thomas Pullbrook of the City of Toronto in the County of York, one of the United Counties of York Ontario and Peel, and Province of Canada. Yeoman of the first part; Anne of the same place, wife of the said party of the first part, of the second part; and Mary Looker of the third part.

Whereby the said party of the first part for, and in consideration of, the sum of five shillings of lawful money of the Province of Canada then paid by the said party of the third part to the said party of the first part, the receipt whereof is acknowledged, duly grant unto the party of the third part, her heirs and assigns, all and singular that certain parcel or tract of Land situate, lying and being in the Township of Innisfil, in the County of Simcoe, in the Province of Canada, containing by admeasurement Fifty Acres, be the same or more or less, composed of the North West half of the North half of Lot number Five on the Seventh Concession of the said Township of Innisfil, to have and to hold the said above granted premises and the said party of the third part (her) heirs and assigns, to and for (her) and their sole and only use forever.

And by the same Indenture it is witnessed that the said party of the second part, wife of the said party of the first part, thereby barred her Dower in the said lands which... ...said Indenture is witnessed by James Gibson of the Township of Markham in the County of York. And this Memorial thereof is hereby required to be registered by me, the said Grantor therein named.

Witness our hands and seals this sixth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three. Signed and sealed in the presence of John Gibson and Joseph Ferguson. Signed by Mary Looker. Perhaps what is a hand-drawn seal is also on the document.

In 1864, it seems there was a need for a second document declaring the sale as above. Perhaps their copy of the first was lost.
